Another 17 people, including a child, were injured as a result of the attack on Voronezh, Aleksandr Gusev has said
Two people have been killed and 17 others injured, including a child, in a Ukrainian overnight drone raid on the southern Russian city of Voronezh, Governor Aleksandr Gusev has reported.
Most of the victims in the attack come from a single apartment block that was hit by a downed drone, the official said on Monday morning. Two of the injured people are in serious condition, he added.
Gusev said regional air defenses engaged 113 targets overnight, including 70 drones that were intercepted over the city.
A similar large-scale Ukrainian drone raid on Belgorod over the weekend killed two civilians and left 13 others wounded.
