EU has ‘gone crazy’ over supposed Russia threat – RT editor-in-chief

Moscow “has not laid a finger on Europe” even though the West supplies Ukraine with weapons to attack Russia, Margarita Simonyan has said

The EU has “gone a bit crazy” over the alleged threat from Russia, RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan has said, adding that Moscow “has not laid a finger on Europe” despite years of Western arms shipments to Ukraine.

In a lengthy interview with Swiss magazine Die Weltwoche, Simonyan said Kiev’s Western backers are actively trying to “destroy Russia,” while no Russian missile, tank, or military aircraft has entered other European countries in five years amid the Ukraine conflict.

“How many European rockets, tanks, and planes have flown, driven, and arrived in Russia all this time?” Simonyan asked. “After that, you ask about our responsibility [in the stand-off with the West]?”
