Ukrainia’s Soviet Era Mi-17 helicopter shot down a Shahed drone during one of the air attacks. Mi-17 has one or two window-mounted machine guns such as the Pulemyot Kalashnikova which is a belt-fed general-purpose machine gun, chambered for the 7.62×54mmR rimmed cartridge.
Iranian-made Shahed drones that Russia has rebranded as Geran-2 are packed with explosives and have been used extensively against Ukraine.
It a top speed of 185 kph or 114 mph.
