The U.S. may have a new nuke in its arsenal in the coming days.
U.S DoD is proposing to combine the characteristics of B61-7 & B61-12 nukes into a single one.
The bomb is designated as B61-13.
B61-13 will have the explosive power of B61-7 & accuracy of B61-12
This is expected to provide more option against hardened targets.
