Iran has been warning the U.S. and Israel against continued Israeli offensive against Hamas.
In the past few days, its official including the Foreign Ministry has several times, threatened the US directly.
Iran’s foreign minister, Hossein Amirabdollahian warned that if Israel’s ongoing retaliation against doesn’t end then the "United States will not be spared from this fire."
But Iran’s stance could eventually lead to utter humiliation if it actually takes some action apart from verbal threats.
