During Operation Sindoor in May, Pakistan got a major beating with 11 airbases, many terrorist camps, several air defense systems hit, and more than 15 aircraft destroyed. But another country has also got an indirect punch.
An interesting disclosure has been made in an article in Hindustan Times, authored by Shishir Gupta, a journalist known for his close ties to the Indian security establishment.
As per the article, the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has decided to incorporate advanced features from the Chinese PL-15 air-to-air missile into its indigenous Astra Mark-2 program, following a detailed technical analysis of an unexploded missile fired by a Pakistani jet.
