An Israeli F-35 has knocked out an incoming land attack cruise missile.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that the F-35I successfully intercepted a cruise missile, and later that day, the Arrow anti-ballistic missile system destroyed a surface-to-surface missile over the Red Sea.
IDF said, “From the north to the south, the IAF and its air defense array are deployed to provide multi-dimensional defense and provide additional layers of protection against a multitude of threats to the State of Israel”.
