Rockets fired by Hamas cost around $1000-1200 each at max.
Many Hamas rockets don’t reach the targets because they don’t have guidance and also explode mid-flight
Each Tamir interceptor used by Iron Dome is to cost $80,000.
Even if 1/4 rockets fired by Hamas has to be intercepted by Iron Dome , it a tall order.
This is where Iron Beam which is a Laser Weapon , comes in.
