Kiev’s forces carried out a rocket strike on the city of Kirov, causing a fire at the facility that has since been extinguished, according to local authorities
Six people have been killed and several dozen others injured in a Ukrainian missile strike on an industrial plant in Kirov, a city in northeastern Russia nearly 900km from Moscow, regional Governor Aleksandr Sokolov has said.
The facility was attacked on Friday morning, sparking a fire and disrupting electricity and water supplies in parts of the city, according to local authorities.
“As a result of the Kiev regime’s attack on an enterprise in Kirov, unfortunately, 32 people were injured. Six of them died at the scene,” Sokolov wrote on Telegram.
