At least four people have reportedly been injured in the attack
A Ukrainian drone has struck an apartment block in Tver, a city northwest of Moscow, injuring at least four people, multiple Telegram news channels have reported.
Video from the scene shows fire and smoke coming from a nine-story building.
According to the Telegram channel SHOT, at least four people were wounded.
The authorities have so far not commented on the incident.
