Russia’s 5th generation Su-57 fighter jets formerly known as T-50 arrived in China for the first time to participate in the China 2024 aerospace exhibition in Zhuhai.
Specifically, prototypes T-50-4 and T-50-7 were sent by Russia for this event.
T-50-4 was transported by an An-124 cargo aircraft in a disassembled state and was used for static display.
T-50-7 was meant for flight demonstration and performed aerial maneuvers.
The jet which seen limited use in Ukraine and Syria was one of the key attractions of the airshow.
But this move has some unintended ramifications.
