The Russian military claims it has taken out two infantry fighting vehicles along with their crews and a NATO APC using drones

The Russian Defense Ministry has published a video purporting to show the destruction of several Ukrainian combat vehicles and their crews in Kursk Region using kamikaze drones and first-person view UAVs.

According to the ministry’s report, the Ukrainian vehicles include two Soviet-made infantry fighting vehicles, one NATO-supplied armored personnel carrier, an engineering vehicle for clearing obstacles, and a concealed self-propelled artillery unit. The strikes also reportedly took out two Ukrainian infantry squads.

In footage apparently shot from drones, several pieces of Ukrainian armor are seen traveling on dirt roads before being struck by what appear to be kamikaze drones. In one of the clips, Ukrainian servicemen are seen standing next to one of the disabled vehicles before a second drone hits them, apparently killing most of the soldiers.

In its daily update on Friday, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian forces that invaded Russia’s Kursk Region have lost more than 330 servicemen and 16 armored vehicles, including one tank, two armored personnel carriers, and 13 armored combat vehicles. Additionally, one artillery piece, an electronic warfare station, a counter-battery station, and eight vehicles were also destroyed, while three Ukrainian servicemen have surrendered.
