A total of 25 Russian soldiers have been released from captivity by Kiev following the talks mediated by the UAE, Moscow has said

Kiev has freed 25 Russian soldiers from captivity as part of the latest prisoner exchange, Russia’s Defense Ministry said on Wednesday. Ukraine received an equal number of its servicemen, it added.

All the freed Russian soldiers were transferred to Belarus, where they were provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance as well as an opportunity to contact their relatives and loved ones, the ministry said in a statement on Telegram.
